Annual Board Meeting
The date of the Annual Meeting is Monday, June 17, 2024 at the pool house. This is where the community can get clarity on the direction of the community, and if needed, vote on changes to any by-laws, board members etc. PLEASE ATTEND EITHER IN PERSON OF VIRTUALLY.
The monthly HOA meeting is on to the third Monday of the month at 6:30 pm on the following dates:

Updates coming to the Community
- We had more dead trees and stumps removed this past fall/winter. Due to budgeting, we have had to do this work over a number of years. If you know of remaining dead trees or stumps, please let Kirkpatrick know so we can get them on the list. Our next step is to replace some of the trees as the original planting had trees too close together.
General Items:
- Please keep your garbage cans out of sight on non-garbage collection days.

Community Fun
Within our neighborhood community, throughout the year we host numerous events, festivals and activities. From easter egg hunts, chili cook offs, summer bbq's, fall events and movie nights we are an active and neighbor-friendly community.

SMV HOA Dues Increased. The board has also had a reserve study completed which estimate the future cost of maintaining and repairing the community’s assets.
