Mailbox Contact and Specfications
The company that installed the mail boxes is:

  • Should your mailbox post be in need of a touch up, the color is Estes Black. The custom Sher-Color Match is:

Christmas Tree Pickup
  • Christmas Trees - Rays will take Christmas trees during the normal pickup on Thursdays.  The tree needs to be cut in half so it can fit in the truck.  If its not cut they may not take it.
Pets and Excessive Barking Complaints
  • Unfortunately there is not a lot the HOA can do because the Indiana HOA code limits how much control the HOA has over neighbors property.  We are told to suggest homeowners talk to the dog owner and if the issue persists contact the City of Westfield.  
Sidewalks
  • Sidewalks are maintained by the city of Westfield not the HOA.
  • Submit Sidewalk Repair requests to the city via this link to the CRM: (http://weconnect.westfield.in.gov/).  CRM will allow you put in a request for sidewalk repair. Once you submit the ticket, it creates a work order.  This allows the public an avenue to report something and then track the status of the ticket.
