POOL RULES
Recreation facilities are for the enjoyment of Springmill Villages residents only and their guests. Please review the complete rules list with each member of your household and guests prior to visiting our pool facility and playgrounds. It is the responsibility of EACH resident to enforce and obey these rules.
- You must be a current resident of Springmill Villages and use your pool FOB KEY to enter the pool area. Residents must be with their guest at all times. Do not loan your FOB KEY out to use or copy.
- General swim pool hours will be from 8:30am to 9:30pm. The pool area and bathhouse should be vacated by 9:30pm otherwise you are considered trespassing and the appropriate authorities will be notified.
- Adult lap swim from 5:30am – 8:30am.
- The Association of Springmill Villages is not responsible for lost of stolen articles, accidents, or injures.
- No lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- You must be 14 years of age to swim without adult supervision per the Indiana State Department of Health regulation. Children under age 14 must be accompanied by a responsible person 18 years of age or older.
- Baby “accidents” require immediate attention by the Pool Company and temporary closure of the pool.
- No Diving Permitted.
- No climbing on or over fence.
- Pets are not allowed on the pool area or the bathhouse.
- No glass containers or glass bottles.
- No abusive or vulgar language.
- The Pool and Park Areas are NON SMOKING AREAS
- No skateboards, rollerblades skates, bicycles or sharp object allowed in or around pool area.
- The use of motorized vehicles (including scooters and skateboards) is prohibited on the pool deck, grass area in park, and the bathhouse. (Exception are motorized handicapped vehicles )
- Please keep the front doors closed and locked AT ALL TIMES
- No parties without board approval.
- You must return your FOB key when your home is sold. Please return to a board member or management company.
This is OUR pool facility. Please be courteous and understanding. Be responsible and help us keep our facility enjoyable for everyone. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. If there is a problem with the pool or the pool area please call Ardsley Management at 317.331.3832

Swimming Pool Rule 410 IAC 6-2.1-36
- Anyone who has or had had diarrhea in the past two (2) weeks shall not use the pool.
- Anyone who has an area of exposed sub epidermal tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc., is advised not to use the pool
- All persons shall take a cleansing shower before using the pool. A bather leaving the pool to use the toilet shall take another cleansing shower before returning to the pool enclosure.
- Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose, and similar behavior in the pool is prohibited.
- No running or rough play is permitted in the pool, on the runways, on diving boards, on floats, on platforms, in dressing rooms, or in showers.
- All diaper-aged children shall use plastic pants with tight fitting elastic at the legs and waist, or swim diapers.
- Do not change diapers at poolside.
- Snacks will only be eaten at the Designated Snack Areas.
WARNING – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
No swimming alone. Children Under 14 years of age and non-swimmers shall not use the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

Pool Hours When Open For Season
Daily
5:30am – 8:30am Open for Adult Swim
8:30am – 9:30pm Open for General Use
9:30pm – 5:30am CLOSED
Any person in the Pool Area when closed are considered TRESPASSING and appropriate legal action will be taken
We will also avoid the pool when it is marked as high chemical levels, closed for any reason, and we will not enter any areas that state authorized personal only.
By signing this copy of the Pool Rules, We acknowledge that we were provided a copy of these rules, issued a pool area key, and that we will abide by all the Pool Area Rules of Springmill Villages Homeowners Association, Inc., and that by breaking those rules we can have our ability to access the Pool Area suspended or terminated.
